U.S. OLYMPIC TEAM FOR WOMEN'S WATER POLO TO HOST AUSTRALIA IN FOUR GAME SET STARTING ON JULY 4
(7.3.08) The recently named U.S. Olympic Team for Women's Water Polo will take on Australia in a four game exhibition set starting Friday on the 4th of July in Los Alamitos, CA. The teams will also meet on July 6 in La Jolla, CA, July 8 in Coronado, CA, and July 10 in Stanford, CA. Tickets will be available at the door for all games. [ More ]

2008 USA WATER POLO JO EXPO TO PROVIDE GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR PARENTS AND COACHES ALIKE
(7.3.08) The 2008 USA Water Polo JO Expo is sure to provide a great opportunity for parents and coaches alike. Positive Coaching Alliance workshops are available for parents while an athlete meet and greet is planned for college coaches to meet with players from all over the country. WOMEN'S JUNIOR NATIONAL TEAM DEFEATS AUSTRALIA '90 10-8 BEHIND BALANCED SCORING EFFORT

MEN'S SENIOR NATIONAL TEAM TO BE FEATURED ON E! TELEVISION'S 12 SEXIEST WET N' WILD JOBS
(7.2.08) The USA Water Polo Men's Senior National Team will be featured on the upcoming episode of E! Television's 12 Sexiest Wet N' Wild Jobs. The program will air on July 4 at 9pm pacific time. USA WATER POLO ANNOUNCES 2008 U.S. OLYMPIC TEAMS FOR MEN'S AND WOMEN'S WATER POLO
(6.30.08) USA Water Polo is proud to announce the 2008 U.S. Olympic Teams for Men's and Women's Water Polo. Each team qualified for the Olympic Games by virtue of a Gold Medal at the 2007 Pan American Games and both are fresh off Silver Medals at the 2008 FINA World League Super Final. Competition begins in Beijing, China for the men on August 10 and the women on August 11 as they both open against the host country. [ More ]

MEN'S SENIOR NATIONAL TEAM FALLS TO HUNGARY 7-6 IN EXHIBITION GAME TO COMPLETE COMMON TRAINING
(6.26.08) The USA Men's Senior National Team completed a common training session in Hungary with the Hungarian Men's National Team by holding an exhibition game. Despite coming back from an early two-goal deficit the team fell 7-6. Tony Azevedo led all scorers with three goals and Merrill Moses recorded 10 saves. The team now returns home to the United States and will name their Olympic Roster along with the Women's Senior National Team on June 30.[ More ]

WOMEN'S YOUTH NATIONAL TEAM ANNOUNCES ROSTER FOR UPCOMING JUNIOR PAN AMERICAN GAMES IN BRAZIL
(6.26.08) The USA Women's Youth National Team has announced their roster that will compete at the upcoming Junior Pan American Games in Sao Paulo, Brazil from July 25-31, 2008. [ More ]

MEN'S SENIOR NATIONAL TEAM FALLS TO SERBIA 7-3 IN FINA WORLD LEAGUE SUPER FINAL TITLE GAME
(6.22.08) The USA Men's Senior National Team's bid for Gold at the FINA World League Super Final was halted by Serbia after a 7-3 defeat. Tony Azevedo led with two goals while Merrill Moses posted nine saves. Despite the loss Team USA still comes away with the Silver Medal and an impressive showing at their last major tournament prior to the Olympics.   [More]

WOMEN'S SENIOR NATIONAL TEAM DEFEATS GREECE 11-10 TO CLOSE OUT PLAY IN FOUR NATIONS TOURNAMENT
(6.22.08) The USA Women's Senior National Team has completed play in the Four Nations Tournament in Greece with an 11-10 victory over the host country. Natalie Golda led the team with three goals in the final game. Next up for Team USA will be a four game exhibition set with Australia starting on July 4 in Los Alamitos, CA. [ More ]

ALL-AMERICANS ANNOUNCED FOR 2008 MASTERS NATIONALS presented by S & R SPORT
(6.20.08) The All-Americans for the 2008 Masters Nationals presented by S & R Sport have been announced. The All-Americans were allotted based on the finish of each club in the various age groups. Athletes were nominated for the honor by the coach of their club. [ All-Americans ]

MEN'S JUNIOR NATIONAL TEAM ANNOUNCES ROSTER FOR UPCOMING JUNIOR PAN-AMERICAN GAMES
(6.20.08) The USA Men's Junior National Team conducted a camp June 13-15 in San Diego, CA in order to select a roster for the upcoming Junior Pan American Games set to take place is Sao Paulo, Brazil from July 25 to 31. Head Coach Doug Peabody selected a 13 athlete roster along with five alternates. [ More ]

MEN'S SENIOR NATIONAL TEAM NAMED USOC TEAM OF THE MONTH FOR MAY AFTER DEFEAT OF #1 CROATIA
(6.12.08) On the heels of a stellar month of water polo that included multiple victories over Canada and a defeat of top-ranked Croatia, the USA Men's Senior National Team was named USOC Team of the Month for May. You can see the men's team in action in that win over Croatia this Sunday at 9am PST on MSNBC. [ More ]
